Easy way to get intra day data in ASCII or Excel format.

Follow this example

Goto : http://commoditytrader.net/Trader-2.htm

Select Link : Indexes (cash)

Click on : Dow Jones Industrials / Intraday colon, green dot

Click on : Live! Java green dot

You sould see a Quote.com Live chart of  INDU

Goto to Time Select appropriate time frame , say 60 minutes , wait, wait, 
depending on server connection

You should have a 60 minutes chart of INDU in front of you.

Then goto to Command button "chart", click once, drop down box appears, 
select "to ascii" or "to excel" and an HTML
pages appears with intraday data on it to be copied to spreadsheet for 
manipulation.
