Re: Trading on the Edge Fuzzy code ?

Don't know about the code from Deoboeck's book, but there is some good C++
code in Bart Kosko's book "Fuzzy Systems Handbook." I went searching for
Deoboeck's book but I am in the process of moving and my copy of "Trading on
the Edge" is packed and in storage.

As an aside I met Guedo in NYC at a 1993 conference on artificial
intelligence as applied to Wall Street. I gave a paper on a Neural Network
application. Guedo gave a talk on some of his "super secret stuff" that was
very disjointed. He was doing some work for a European investment company
and wouldn't divulge anything. He was very protective and wouldn't provide
a handout. I wasn't impressed with him or his work, but I did buy his book.
It didn't shed much light on his research, but did cover some interesting
work by others.

I hope this helps. --- Marlowe
