OT: Trading on the Edge Fuzzy code ?

Hello.
Sorry for this off-topic question but this seems to be a place where
someone might know something about this !.
Is there anyone that knows where to get the source code for the fuzzy
routines in the book 
Trading on the Edge, edited by Deboeck ?.
And is the CD-rom (toolkit) still available from  Wayzata Technology ?,
ie: anyone recently ordered it ?.
