"Taking personal responsibility" is the one thing all good traders I've known
have
in common. In fact, the very few who truly take responsibility are not just
successful traders, but very successful elsewhere too. I'm talking guys with
8 and 9 figure bank accounts who are just a pleasure to talk to and to be
around. Dr. Van Tharp found this quality so key to trading success he coined
the term "respondability," basically meaning taking responsibility and
responding positively.

Take note! Here is a guy that has been trading the spoos since 1982 and he
views it "as a part of my continuing education."

Thanks for a great post TJ.
