Build 23 is the Y2K compliant version. Build 24 is supposed to take care of
format changes that occurred in B23.

I haven't installed 24 because my font settings previous to build23
installation did not cause any problems but it's hard to imagine that
the suttle differences between 23 and 24 would cause major
differences in memory leaks.
