Clint,
Thomas Stridsman has a three part article, the first two parts in the latest
two issue of Futures Magazine. He evaluates a trading method utilizing a
random number generator for determining trade entry. You can download the
random number DLL files (a 16 bit version and a 32 bit one) at:

I downloaded it last night but I haven't tried it yet.
