You can use the Server File and Delete function to delete data date-stamped
after today.

My vague understanding is that because only some of BMI's symbols have date
and time stamps, TS 4 needs to internally set the date and time for those
symbols that don't have a data and time stamp.

As I understand it, that's one reason the BMI Data Manager used in TS 2000
asks you if you want to set the computer data and time from the datafeed.
