I had the problem also - a ten-minute outage which affected CME data only.
But my recollection is that it was on Thursday, 9/23, not yesterday, 9/24.
BMI confirmed that it was a lapse of the data received from CME and another
earlier post to this list reported that there was a computer failure of some
sort at the CME which necessitated hand-processing of trades during that
period.
I'm on BMI/cable.
