A ts fan is a fan ( variable speed) used to read the TS4 manuals.
Open the User Manual at page 1, plug the fan in front of it and turn the power to maximum speed.
Then read the manual ( the ts fan turns the page when you have read enough,it's intelligent enough to detect this).
Once the last page finished, you are ok to use the bouncing ticks features and post your thinking to Omega List.
Important notice:
Do not forget to unplug the fan, yourself from the market and from the list after
