new indicator needed?

Hi there,

Wow it's amazing how people can use propoganda and gossip to manipulate stock prices.It has been done for many years and many times it works until the bad guys are thought.

I know this might sound real funny but wouldn't be really kool if there was like a "Gossip Indicator" that shows when there are propaganda concerning a particular stock and when there is none,it should work more like an oscillator.
