As Futures Truth (Germany) I would like to say somthing about the practise
of Futures Truth. Obviously most of you have not dealt with FT yet otherwise
you would know certain things.

1. On the confidantiality agreement it says under point three:"It is
understodd that the undersigned shall have no obligation with respect to any
information known by the undersigned or gnerally known by the industry prior
to date of this agreement, or becomes common knowledge within the industry
thereafter."

Earlier ofcourse it is said that all information disclosed are held
confidential to ........

BTW, as soon as you sell a system and disclose all codes it will be or can
be public knowledge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, if one is planning to sell a system he might as well give it to FT for
tracking, because after he sold it once it might become public knowledge.

Is someone here still spending a few thousand bucks for a system that has
been posted in the internet for many times?
