Mungo has risen! (was TD's latest post)

You've got to be kidding! You heard it here first. Mungo's back from the
dead! Gawd, not again.
Where have we heard this story before?

Dear Mr Demark,

Thank you for your posts. I have learned much. With all due respect, I
gave up on your stuff years ago because it was so hard to understand exactly
what your indicators did and just precisely what you were trying to say in
your books. I suppose I am in the minority with this problem so I would
welcome any REAL TIME results demonstrating not only how well your
indicators work but how they work.

Please teach me, teach us, how they work by posting REAL TIME predictions to
this list. If you accept this you will truly be a unique and special
person because not one spam vendor to date has accepted this offer. So
here's your chance to really make a difference and who knows -- what you
post REAL TIME may really help somebody.

Since your stuff is really applicable to EOD data, this shouldn't be a
problem like it was for Mungo's other owner. Please understand that the so
called ankle biters on this list want to learn from you as much as anybody.
However, they do have a lower tolerance for Crap than the others who might
not be so quick to bite your ankles for spamming the Omega list. Crap is
defined as:

1. Telling us after the fact how well your indicators would have worked
2. Predicting what the market will do without telling us how you predicted
this. This black box style of spam doesn't do a thing for anybody -- except
the sales of your wares.

So please, teach us, give to us and we will give back to you. We are
listening with eager minds and bated breath.

Sincerely,
Brian Massey.

dear eskimo and omega subscribers:

early morning last week i was attempting to e-mail my son and a number
of other individuals. inadvertently and unintentionally, i captured a
list of e-mail names to whom i did not intend to send this information
and one in particular was the host for omega list(ESKIMO). i was
completely oblivious to my error until later that morning when i
received numerous e-mails requesting additional information. in any
case, i want to thank your subscribers for all the kind comments i
received as a result of this mis-guided message.

my sense is that most of your subscribers are sincerely interested in
the markets and in market research. for that reason, if you are
interested and my attorneys approve, i would be willing to answer
questions related to market timing topics at a mutually agreed upon date
and time. THIS IS TOTALLY FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND IS NOT INTENDED
TO BE A SOLICITATION FOR PURCHASE OR SALE OF ANY SECURITY. NO MARKET
FORECASTS WILL BE MADE AND THE INDICATORS WILL BE DISCUSSED IN THE
CONTEXT OF RESEARCH FINDINGS ONLY.this offer is being made in reponse to
the many kind words of support i received from a number of your
subscribers. since i only subscribed to your service within the last 2
weeks, i am uncertain if this is the proper forum for such a discussion.
However, my only concern is that there are a few omega subscribers who
are intent upon undermining others and i don't want to be subjected to
their attacks. i have always operated in a cooperative effort and i
assume most of your people do as well. i share with you the ONLY
negative response(from an individual by the name of mr. phil lan)i
received from my errant e-mail and i'm reluctant to further any research
discussions with this group for fear that similar reprisals or
repercussions may occur. at my age and position in life, i want to limit
my discomfort to those of a market nature. but i do believe i intruded
unintentionally upon your space and should similar unwarranted outbursts
be held in abeyance, i would be willing to give it a try.

Well, well well. Another "expert" with an unsolicited market opinion. If
you turn out to be right I'm sure we'll hear all about it. If you're
wrong,
don't worry. No one will remember. Except for those who followed your
advice that is.

"trading markets includes a great deal of risk and there exists no
guarantee of profits, regardless of past performance.traders must be
prepared for the unexpected and the potential of loss."
