The answer should be obvious.  It's very simple and inexpensive to gear-up
for transmitting and receiving data over the Internet-- and *VERY* expensive
to set up for Cable or Satellite.  DTN is a bargain-basement provider--
don't hold your breath waiting for them to compete in the Cable and
Satellite arena.
