Based on my own personal experience with both companies and similar issues,
I predict that you will expend a great deal of time and effort, receive a
lot of lip service in response,  and yet make absolutely no headway
whatsoever in getting either Omega or Track Data/Dial Data to do anything
other than exactly what they themselves want to do.

I wish you luck and I hope I am wrong, because I too use Dial/Data.
