Has anyone considered the real concern here. It's not 2079 or 2899, but
when you input, export or correct data. If the year is 2002 do you
specifiy a year of 102, when you import historical data from 2001 do you
have to write a conversion so the year is 101 and when you export data
for another program how do you tell the programs that 103 is really
 2003????

I ws only referring to the EL functions dealing with YYYMMDD dates, and that
apply to indicators or systems.
This s not related to export / import unless we get the final version.
