If you have not yet resolved this problem then eMail me the ASCII file.

1)  You can cut the file into half and test each file.  Narrow it down that
way.

2)  Be sure you specify "first line of data file".

3)  Is there any date before 01/01/13 or after 08/17/98?

4)  A duplicate date or date out of sequence would cause that error.
