Writing system trading in VisualBasic (or other languages)

I want write a program in VisualBasic, only in order to develop my system 
trading.
I have seen in Stock&Commodities the adv of FmLabs's Toolkit.
It's seem powerful.
I've seen the promising TradeLab.
Do you know some other products?
