If memory serves, WATCOM Win386 was a DOS memory extender intended to
circumvent various limitations of DOS and Windows 3.0. It's unlikely to be
an Omega problem. If your Foxpro is long in the tooth it may be time for an
upgrade or consider upgrading to an OS, like WinNT, which truly segregates
tasks although it's very unfriendly to anything which attempts to access
hardware directly.
