May not be exactly what you're looking for but Aspen
Graphics (www.aspenres.com) is purportedly Y2K compliant.
This is the only "charting" product I've found that is
ostensibly Y2K compliant and (what's a bit more
disconcerting) the only TA/charting s/w vendor that even
bothers to mention Y2K on their website.

FWIW, I think your assumption is quite valid. If the fix is
such a trivial matter, =most= vendors would have supplied
one by now. The mere lack of fixes and, more importantly,
the reticense of the s/w vendors on this matter is at least
some evidence that the fix is =not= trivial.
