Jurik rsx

Does any body have formula for jurik RSX for Metastocks ?

This is supposed to be better than the adaptive cycle tool kit ?

I came across the financial forecast by Elliot international in their charts they use it .

The juric website says this RSX is better than any RSI 

I tried comparing it with fisherised stochastised RSI and found that juric seems to be better smoother and faster no lag .
