[EquisMetaStock Group] Help in TTMSQUEEZE indicador !

Reading the Mastering of the Trade book, John Carter mention a technical indicador TTMSQUEEZE.

I found a URL with a formula

But I do not know how plot this indicador in a Histogram mode like appear in the book with the following parameters.

Momentum Index 12 (above 0 go long or below 0 go short)
Keltner Channel 20 / 1.5
Bollinger Bands 20 / 2 (trade signal BB move back outside KC)

I would like to receive your help with the appropiate Metastock code in order to test and use the TTMSQUEEZE indicador.
