RE: [EquisMetaStock Group] Metastock 10 and virtual machine

Equis and their owners Thompson-Reuters seem to behave like the worse kind of monopoly, i.e. poorer service, higher prices, lower quality, and fixing the program so that it wont run on other flexible systems ( this might be an agreement with Microsoft).

If it weren’t for the high quality of the discussions on this newsgroup, I might switch to other software.

Thanks but the vmware that I use is from my firm, I have installed at home because I have virtual machines for connect and work with my job and we have registered vmware for all company.

If is possible do legally I will do, if I must use cracks or similar I prefer don' t waste time.

I was not able to get it to work on vmware but it does work on Parallels Workstation

I would like know if last metastock is possible install under a vmware

I use vmware with linux as host for virtual machines and Metastock 9,
runs fine in these virtual machine, for me is more than enough, so will
not update Metastock if I must use other machine.
