[EquisMetaStock Group] RMO help

Hi,
Can anyone help me display RMO charts in color as it suppose to be
(blue & red) also to display buy and sell arrows?
It used to work in version 10 but when I upgraded to 10.1 it disappeared.
I emailed support at Equis and they can't resolve it.
Appreciate your help.
