Never mind, I modified Richard Dale's fabulous ATR trailing stop to
take ATR inputs and translate them to percentages.
Do any brokers exist that allow EOD traders to enter initial stop,
move-to-breakeven and trailing stop all at once (at the time of
initial order entry)?
