[EquisMetaStock Group] Will indicator based on Calculus perform better than OHLC indicator?

There are so many financial institutions developing indicators based on 
complex Calculus formula, does anyone have any suggestions what 
advantage it is as comparing with OHLC indicator for Metastock?
