I think I can answer my own question. Here is some code I have come
up with --- is it accurate? Any comments would be appreciated.
It is looking to see when rsi(8) has crossed above 40 and has been
below 30 for at least the past 3 days.
x:=RSI(8);
Cross(x,30) AND
Ref(Sum(x<30,5)>=3,-1)
