[EquisMetaStock Group] Indicator with Multiple time frames

Hi Preston & knowledgeable members,

All the indicators / expert advisors / explorations work  with reference to only one time frame - say 5 mintutes at a time (though one can compress and view the chart in other time frames also).  Is it possible to have indicators/expert advisors.. which use data of multiple time frames - say 5 minutes as well as 30 minutes.  For example I want to make an entry conditions which consider some parameters of 5 min data, and some parameters of 30 min data.  

e.g:  Buy condition:
        1)  10 Periodd Mov Average crosses over 20 Period Mov Average on the up side  (In 5 min chart)        
        2)  CCI Indicator  in 5 Min chart is in over sold zone say <  -75               
        3)  CCI Indicator in 30 Min chart is : ( a) rising or (b) <0

Can anybody help suggest the code.
