[EquisMetaStock Group] Moving Average

Hello I request to help me with the following

I want to create an indicator in explorer my require is I want an EMA 
Indicator which shows me the EMA which is below the current EMA upto 1-
5 percent.

For example Microsoft

Say for example the 10 day EMA is 40, 20 day EMA is 42, 50 day EMA is 
45 & 100 day EMA is 47 the CMP is 50. So the indicator should show me 
those stocks whose 10,20,50,100 current EMA are below upto 1-5 percent 
in comparison to the current EMA.

Plz help me.
