[EquisMetaStock Group] Historical prices of some indices (unavailable in Yahoo!)

Dear all,
I would like the download link for following indices (unavailable in Yahoo!):  
a)    commodities futures traded in non-US exchanges like iron/steel, rubber, etc.
b)    Vietnam Stock Excange (Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi Stock Exchange)
c)    Thailand Stock Exchange (SET)
d)    Baltic Clean Tanker Index
e)    Baltic Dirty Tanker Index 

Searches in yahoo!, bloomberg produced many results but none that is needed.
