[EquisMetaStock Group] Binary Wave Buy from the lowest value

I have set up some Binary Waves for some stocks that I am watching.
And at the moment the buy is simply: 
Fml("Acciona Binary Wave Composite ") > Mov(Fml("Acciona Binary Wave
Composite "),5,E)
The binary wave ranges from -4 to 4 and the strongest buy comes from
when the binary wave is at -4 and rising. Can someone advise how I can
admend the buy so that a cross of the binary wave and the moving
average when the binary wave has previously touched -4 is triggered.
