[EquisMetaStock Group] Installing MS on mobiles and PDAs

Hello everyone!

These are days of mobile internet, PDAs, even palmtops!

Does anyone know whether MS is installable on these devices? 
Is it true that MS installs only when Internet Explorer has already 
been  installed? That could free us from laptops!
