If editing by opening an on-chart indicator, don't forget about the overheads that experts can add either. A PREV formula in an attached expert, especially when thousands of bars are loaded, is asking for trouble. Even non-PREV experts can slow things down when a large number of bars are open.

  Hi everyone,

  For the past month or so, the formula builder has been really slow to 
  update when I've edited a custom formula.

  I've tried only one chart open, a clean template with only price and 
  the indicator concerned displayed, all to no avail.

  Any ideas?
