gotten the formula you requested. Here it is:
Compute the following:
N= (19 x PDN + TR) /20
where:
PDN is previous days N
TR is current days true range
Since the formula requires a previous days N value ,
you must start with a 20-day simple average of the
True Range for the initial calculation
