[EquisMetaStock Group] Linear Regression Indicator

Hello Guys,

I was wondering if someone would be able to help with this (if it is not a stupid 
question).

I am after some information on the Linear Regression Indicator (apart from what is 
already in the metastock manual.

What I am trying to do is get a line of 'best fit' across a number of bars and then 
determine how many bars are crossed and how many aren't (is there an indicator that 
can do that that anyone knows of or do I have to hard code it.) 

Any help appreciated.
