You must create the folder if it's not there. Run "Explorer" and navigate to the "MetaStock" folder,
then File/New/Folder and type "External Function Dlls" over "New Folder". Then copy the dll into the
folder and reboot MS.

This is not the only way to create the folder but probably the most appropriate for you at the
moment. It's not a big deal but unless the name and position of the folder is correct MS will not
register the dll and use it.

To verify that MS has registered the dll once you've rebooted MS you can open any indicator with the
Indicator Builder and click on the "Function" button at the bottom of the window. Then scroll down
the left side box looking for the dll name.
