I agree.  I have been using Metastock for many years.  I have found their tech support group to be extremely professional and willing to assist in resolving most any problem I have had. 

Their support is far above what (if any) is available to most users of any other software program. Most companies at this time compel the end user to purchase a contract over and above the price of the program to obtain ANY technical support on any level.

I have found 9.0 to a worthwhile investment in upgrading and I plan on upgrading at every future level possible.
