[EquisMetaStock Group] importing data into explorer

Hi All,
I am bit new to metastock. I picked up version 9. Is there a way to
import symbols into the explorer window? 

I am doing some analysis on some tickers in a spreadsheet and then
would like to run explorer on the symbols doing some
technical analysis.
