Up signal. 
Mov(C,3,E)>Mov(C,9,E)

Down signal
Mov(C,3,E)<Mov(C,9,E)

Is it possible to find out the future real value of
crossover in above metioned conditions.

i.e when Up singal, can we determine the crossover
value for generating the down signal.

If possible then please mail me the formula
