Try this: In the Exploration Results window, highlight all in the
list, right click, choose "Add to Favorites". It will take a moment
or two depending on the size of the list, then a dialog box will come
up. Choose "Create In", then "New Folder" and name the folder
whatever, then OK. Now close the Exploration and do Cntrl-O to open a
chart, then choose Favorites from the menu on the left, then open the
folder you just created and choose the first stock. When the chart
opens, right click and choose Apply Template. Choose your template, a
new chart will open w/that template. Now, in the very bottom right-
hand corner of the screen, click on the "Choose Security" icon and
click on the Options tab and make sure the "Use Chart as Template"
button is on, then click OK. Now when you press alt plus right or
left arrow key you will cycle thru the stocks in that folder and each
will be in that template.
Sounds a bit involved but it's a breeze once you do it once. The
other alternative is to delete the MSSmart folders in you stock
folders and reset your default chart to whatever template you want.
Then all charts will open in that template by default.
