I tried several of them. The only 2 I found to be worth anything were 
MetaQuote and ML Downloader. Metaquote costs twice as much and MLD 
does a lot more than the others. After 2 months, I'm still finding 
new things to do with it...very powerful...very cheap.

If you try one, do yourself a favor and create new folders for the 
data from each downloader. If you use your existing folders or 
directories, you will be trying a blend 2 different products and end 
up with a mess.

The only problem you should have is bad data that you sometimes get 
from Yahoo or Quote.com. Not much to do about that. When you see a 
goofy data spike, just go to BigCharts java (or wherever), get the 
right data and fix it in the data window (R click chart prices). 

Sure saves money and MLD is very, very fast..you'll be amazed! Good 
trading.
