Now you have "4 years cycle indicator" :

{This is a 1000 periods (about 4 years) sine wave. It starts from the
first period loaded in the chart rather than an absolute date, so you
have to change the -6 to shift the wave right or left.}

Ref(Sin( Cum(360/1000) ), -6)=1
