It happens regularly with MS 6.5 and MS 7.0 and MS 7.20.
So it would appear the fault is still in Version 8.0.
Often best best is to Uninstall and then reinstall
making sure you do not have any other programsopen at all.
Use CTRL_ALT Delete to Close them down
before installation.
That cleans up the DLLs.
But that being said it will still probably creep back in 3 or 4 months down the track.
