I am very sorry about the problem.  You are 
the only domestic, or international, trader that has had a problem (at least 
reported) recently.  I noticed that in your email you stated: 
 
"I managed to contact to your site by first getting to 
Yahoo.com
and then to cedarkreektrading".
 
Could the problem be that you are accessing the site with the spelling 
"cedarkreektrading" instead of cedarcreektrading?  Just a thought.
