timing bands

I found an indicator, timing bands, in the custom indicator portion of the
indicator drop down list. I do not know where it came from. Support has no
information on it other than what I have.

1.  The indicator is password protected.
2. It is defective.

Does anyone know where this came from and/or how to fix it?
