I experienced the same problem when I initially loaded 
Metastock.  I asked Metastock.  They sent me a replacement file.  
It still didn't work.  I can still use the program and haven't figured out 
what if anything this does to the program.

  It would appear I inadvertently deleted a 
  file. 
  I have already tried reloading ver7.01 and still have 
  same problem.
