I, too, use Epson Stylus Color 600 printers.  I have the same drivers that
came on the Epson disc.  Whereas I have not installed ver 6.52 (I cringe at
the thought after reading all of the horror stories), I do notice two items
in your page setup that could cause trouble.  1) the Epson must have a
bottom page border of .6 inches (see Epson manual).  Often this must be
increased to .7.   2)I believe the chart should be printed in landscape
mode rather than portrait mode (the chart width will be 11.5, the height
will be 8.5)
