Difficult to say not having seen the "workbook in working order".

My guess is that along with the workbook, you will also have to
purchase + install the separately available MSFL - Library File
(read only version = $90+).

There are "msfl---.dll" files present in anyone's Windows\System folder,
files that are only accessable by the program itselve, and therefore I doubt
strongly that the above workbook is capable to hack these files (eg that
this workbook can "communicate directly" with these standard
"msfl-----.dll" files, other than in the (indirect) way anyone else can work+access
the program's "objects" hidden in these dll's, and which access is only
available to any user via the program's GUI and not directly via these standard
dll files), eg you must purchase the above "Add On" to gain direct access
(the $90+ MSFL file that can only be obtained once you get the go ahead from
the programmers' (Equis) authorisation jury, eg you will have to obtain a
special -non disclosure- license).
