Volume accumulation percent indicator

David Vomund is interviewed in October TASC, and talks about the "volume
accumulation percent indicator" (VAP), which he explains is another way to
display Chaikins Money Flow.  I would like to experiment with it.  Do any of
you know how "VAP" is calculated?  He shows a chart displaying it on page
69.
