eod-data-provider for german stocks and warrants

hello list,

I'm lookig for an end-of-day-data-provider, who covers the major exchanges
and also german stocks and warrants.
Data should be in metastock-format and be available via internet.
Most important, the data must be very reliable. Costs shouldn't exceed about
50US$ per month by much.

Any hints would be greatly appreciated.
