I agree with Don.  Dell has excellent customer support.  My Dell Inspiron
3200 came with Win95 and the free upgrade to Win98 from Dell also included
upgrade BIOS and utility disks to assure that the upgrade was problem free.
Although I did do a completely new Win98 install on a freshly reformatted
hard drive.  Win98 runs beautifully and I have used two screens with no
problem.
